This section is for people who wish to address the issue of whether this is the best way to address the issue of gerrymandering or to suggest foundational changes.
I am also thinking of removing the gauge percentage from the road distance and just leaving as a factor the gross road distance without any subtraction
I am thinking of changing several of the original settings in the amendment. For instance, in the road distance calculation, I ham changing from the closest spot on a road to an extreme point to the closest address of a registered voter to the two extreme points. This somewhat shortens the road distance, but takes the work away from uninhabited areas.
